Rules for booking and cancellation:

If a prepayment is made on time, LENG Hotel guarantees the reservation according to our booking confirmation.

Last payment day is the day the money should arrive in our bank. A payment should therefore be maid at least 3-4 days before last payment day.

Last payment day is 60 days before arrival day.
Bookings made less than 60 days before arrival day should be paid at once.

If prepayment for a booking or transfer has not arrived on time, LENG Hotel has the the right to cancel the booking.

If a cancellation is made before last payment day:
When a payment has been made before the last payment day we will pay back the whole amount except for 1.000 Baht which covers our costs for returning the money.
If no payment has been made before last payment day cancellation can be made without cost.

No refund if cancellation is made after last payment day.
